Cyril, of the Onondaga Nation, Deer Clan has been creating art since the age of 11 years old. Born in 1984, he learned to carve by watching his mother, Eunice Henry & his father Vince Bomberry who himself is a renowned artist.
Cyril’s work has been recognised as highly collectible & is represented by several of Canada’s leading art galleries across Canada & the United States.
His unrelenting attention to finish, form & detail has raised Cyril’s profile to the top of the Haudenosaunee (Iroquois) art sector. In 2018 Cyril’s work was featured in a 6 week art show, ‘People of the Land’ hosted by the Gibson Arts & Cultural Centre.
In 2020 his works were featured in The Inuit Art Gallery of Vancouver’s ‘From the Land’ exhibition.
